Technical design is underway for a new prime residential development, consisting of 5 apartments including a duplex penthouse on a prestigious site on Royal Hospital Road with views of Chelsea Physic Garden.

An elegant, yet robust material palette including dark-brown handmade brickwork, Portland limestone, and bronze-hued metalwork combine with contemporary details such a minimal vertical sliding sash windows, profiled balcony railings, and corbelled brick banding to create a building which is firmly of its time whilst speaking to its locality and being reminiscent of vernacular Georgian Architecture. Construction is due to commence in mid-2024.
