Simon Goldstein
BA (Hons) DipArch ARB
Director
Simon’s career has focused on successfully steering some of the most prestigious and contentious mixed use schemes in Central London to planning success. Projects like The Kensington and Lancer Square in RBKC and St Edmunds Terrace in Camden required considerable skill and guile to achieve consents that simultaneously maximised height, mass and internal efficiency on behalf the clients as well as satisfying planning authorities with high quality, contextually appropriate design.
Simon took his degree at the University of Westminster, followed by his Part I at Foster and Partners, where he worked on the delivery of HM Treasury, a major refurbishment of a Grade II* listed building on Whitehall. After completing his Postgraduate diploma at Oxford Brookes he worked at Squire and Partners for twelve years becoming Associate Director before co-founding Goldstein Heather in 2019.
