Giles grew up in rural South Derbyshire and initially studied Fine Art before changing course to pursue studies in architecture which culminated him in being tutored by Stirling Prize winning architect Peter St John during his final diploma year at London Met.
Throughout his time in practice Giles has gained professional experience on a broad range of bespoke residential, multi-unit housing, community and heritage projects at several award-winning practices including Dixon Jones Architects, Adam Richards Architects and Stephen Taylor Architects. Giles joined Goldstein Heather in early 2023 and was made an Associate in Jan 2024.
